 Sessions Your first session will last for one hour and we will assess what you hope to gain from counselling. The focus may be on an issue which is causing you distress or on your dissatisfaction with your life or relationships. Subsequent session last for fifty minutes. Sessions take place in my comfortable and private consulting room in Long Melford Suffolk and will be held at the same time each week. Parking is free.
